The new Vox Media video game-focused vertical has a bunch of dudes on staff now. I was kind of worried about that being A Thing, especially considering video games journalism in general is maybe the worst genre of journalism in terms of ingrained sexism.

Then I saw this on Facebook. I don’t use the term swagnificent often, but essentially asking, “Hey, who should we try to poach?” on Facebook is the type of swashbuckling, audacious, content-focused stuff that makes me kind of proud to work for the folks I work for.
