I think I can say I love 1-9, and I think “Change Clothes” was unfairly maligned (and a bad first single, but whatever). Why were there only three singles off this album? Why didn’t Jay/whoever just scrap “Justify” without Madonna being on it? Why can’t I get the Kno version of “Threat” (the song that got to The Alan Parsons Project’s “The Cask of Amontillado” before Cool and Dre grabbed it for “It’s Good”) out of my head?
